Born in Domodossola in 1957, Laurea in Dentistry and Dental Prosthesis from the University of Milan in 1995 with thesis title “Qualitative and Quantitative Morphological Evaluation of the Growth of the Facial Bones with a Polynomial of Degree 8”, presented as a poster at the IADR in Singapore.

Enrolled in the Order of Medical Surgeons of the Dentists of Verbania, where he was an adviser until 2011; member of ANDI Novara and SIDO, the  Italian Orthodontics Society.

Practiced dentistry from 1995 to 2005, SMILE  Orthodontics Studio, Milan.

Attended The Tweed Course in Orthodontics, Tweed Foundation, Tucson, Arizona, USA.

Practiced dentistry from 2001 to 2012, Italian Stomatolgical Institute of Milan, in the Department of Gnatology, headed by Professor Molina.

Advanced Studies in Gnatology, Tufts University, Boston, U.S.A. in 2005, where he was a lecturer in the Department of Oral Surgery and Gnatology

Professional collaboration from 2007 to the present with a private dental studio in New York affiliated with Columbia University.

Has given various courses in Gnatology: Department of Orthodontics, University of Valencia; Spanish-American Congress, Oporto, with Professor Sado Satu and Professor Velasquez;  Continuing Education for Dentists, Madrid, with Professor Velasquez; University of San Francisco; Northwestern University Feinburg School of Medicine, Chicago; and George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
